Pripom\u00edna n\u00e1m, \u017ee <strong>vz\u0165ahy sa nevytv\u00e1raj\u00fa v tabu\u013ek\u00e1ch <\/strong>ani v n\u00e1strojoch CRM, <strong>ale sp\u00f4sobom, ak\u00fdm kladiete ot\u00e1zky, po\u010d\u00favate a komunikujete s \u013eu\u010fmi.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pr\u00e1ve tu doch\u00e1dza k zlyhaniu podnikania. Mo\u017eno m\u00e1te skvel\u00fd n\u00e1stroj. Mo\u017eno m\u00e1te dokonca dobr\u00fd podnikate\u013esk\u00fd n\u00e1pad. Dovo\u013ete si robi\u0165 chyby. A CRM v\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017ee vyhovova\u0165 len vtedy, ke\u010f sa prisp\u00f4sob\u00ed v\u00e1m \u2013 nie naopak.
