Strategick\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie je r\u00e1mec pre rozhodovanie, ktor\u00fd v\u00e1m pom\u00e1ha vybra\u0165 spr\u00e1vne kroky dnes, aby mali zmysel v dlhodobom horizonte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/strategicke-planovanie\/\">Strategick\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie<\/a> v dne\u0161nom r\u00fdchlo sa meniacom a vysoko konkuren\u010dnom prostred\u00ed podnikate\u013eskom prostred\u00ed je nevyhnutn\u00e9 definova\u0165 jasn\u00fa strat\u00e9giu . Nejde len o rozhodnutie, kam smerova\u0165, ale aj o to, ako dosiahnu\u0165 cie\u013e, a predov\u0161etk\u00fdm o to, ako z\u00edska\u0165 a udr\u017ea\u0165 si konkuren\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdhodu. Neust\u00e1ly v\u00fdvoj a prisp\u00f4sobovanie sa zmen\u00e1m s\u00fa teraz k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k \u00faspechu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159\u00edb\u011bh Henryho Forda a jeho slavn\u00e9ho v\u00fdroku: &#8222;<strong>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt jakoukoli barvu, jakou chce, pokud je to \u010dern\u00e1<\/strong>,&#8220; je dnes p\u0159ipom\u00ednkou \u010das\u016f, kdy bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 dominovat trhu s jednoduch\u00fdm, nezm\u011bniteln\u00fdm produktem. Cie\u013eom je <strong>urobi\u0165 dnes lep\u0161ie rozhodnutia, ktor\u00e9 poved\u00fa k lep\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdsledkom zajtra<\/strong>. Strategick\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie vych\u00e1dza z n\u00e1\u0161ho ch\u00e1pania samotnej strat\u00e9gie. Tento integrovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup nejenom \u017ee zrevolucionali zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm lid\u00e9 poslouchaj\u00ed hudbu, ale tak\u00e9 polo\u017eil z\u00e1klady pro budouc\u00ed v\u00fdvoj iPhone a iPad, \u010d\u00edm\u017e si Apple upevnil dominantn\u00ed postaven\u00ed na trhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/netflix.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/netflix.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Netflix<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; P\u00f4vodne po\u0161tov\u00e1 po\u017ei\u010dov\u0148a DVD, Netflix predv\u00eddal zmeny v spotrebe medi\u00e1lneho obsahu a pre\u0161iel na streamovanie videa. Tento strategick\u00fd krok umo\u017enil spolo\u010dnosti Netflix dominova\u0165 v r\u00fdchlo sa rozv\u00edjaj\u00facom odvetv\u00ed streamovac\u00edch slu\u017eieb, reagova\u0165 na zmeny v sp\u00f4sobe sledovania telev\u00edzie a filmov a nakoniec sa sta\u0165 l\u00eddrom na trhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-pr%C3%ADklad-zlyhania-v-d%C3%B4sledku-nedostato%C4%8Dn%C3%A9ho-strategick%C3%A9ho-pl%C3%A1novania\">Pr\u00edklad zlyhania v d\u00f4sledku nedostato\u010dn\u00e9ho strategick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1novania:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blockbuster.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.blockbuster.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Blockbuster <\/strong><\/a>&#8211; Na rozdiel od spolo\u010dnosti Netflix spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Blockbuster nedok\u00e1zala \u00fa\u010dinne predv\u00edda\u0165 a reagova\u0165 na zmeny v odvetv\u00ed a preferencie spotrebite\u013eov. Hoci spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Kodak v skuto\u010dnosti vyna\u0161la prv\u00fd digit\u00e1lny fotoapar\u00e1t v 70. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia sa rozhodol, \u017ee nebude presadzova\u0165 t\u00fato technol\u00f3giu v prospech svojho tradi\u010dn\u00e9ho filmov\u00e9ho podnikania. T\u00e1to strategick\u00e1 chyba viedla k postupn\u00e9mu \u00fapadku spolo\u010dnosti, preto\u017ee trh s digit\u00e1lnou fotografiou r\u00fdchlo r\u00e1stol a Kodak str\u00e1cal podiel na trhu v prospech konkurentov, ktor\u00ed si osvojili digit\u00e1lnu technol\u00f3giu. Strata ved\u00faceho postavenia na trhu a neschopnos\u0165 prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 sa nov\u00e9mu digit\u00e1lnemu prostrediu viedli v roku 2012 k vyhl\u00e1seniu bankrotu spolo\u010dnosti Kodak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z t\u00fdchto pr\u00edkladov je zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee strategick\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k navig\u00e1cii organiz\u00e1cie v neust\u00e1le sa meniacom a neistom trhovom prostred\u00ed. \u00daspe\u0161n\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti ako Apple a Netflix ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee proakt\u00edvny a vizion\u00e1rsky pr\u00edstup m\u00f4\u017ee organiz\u00e1ciu nielen udr\u017ea\u0165 na \u0161pi\u010dke trhu, ale aj umo\u017eni\u0165 jej definova\u0165 nov\u00e9 smery a mo\u017enosti rastu.
