Je to moment uznania, d\u00f4very a \u010dasto aj osobnej spokojnosti. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to v\u0161ak moment, ke\u010f sa mnoh\u00ed schopn\u00ed a pracovit\u00ed \u013eudia \u2013 \u010dasto \u00faplne nevedome \u2013 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa spr\u00e1va\u0165 ako <strong>mikromana\u017e\u00e9ri<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nie preto, \u017ee chceli kontrolova\u0165.<br>Nie preto, \u017ee ned\u00f4verovali svojim \u013eu\u010fom.<br>Ale preto, \u017ee <strong>neboli pripraven\u00ed na psychologick\u00fa zmenu svojej \u00falohy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z poh\u013eadu <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/strategicke-myslenie\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2182\">strategick\u00e9ho myslenia<\/a> je mikromanagement mimoriadne zauj\u00edmav\u00fdm fenom\u00e9nom. Nevznik\u00e1 zo slabosti alebo potreby moci. Vznik\u00e1 kombin\u00e1ciou troch siln\u00fdch faktorov: rast\u00facej zodpovednosti, tlaku na v\u00fdkon a zvyku by\u0165 \u201enajlep\u0161\u00edm odborn\u00edkom v miestnosti\u201c.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pr\u00e1ve preto je to tak nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postup na ved\u00facu poz\u00edciu neznamen\u00e1 len zmenu v pracovn\u00fdch povinnostiach. Znamen\u00e1 to zmenu identity. Z osoby ktor\u00e1 bola hodnoten\u00e1 na z\u00e1klade svojho vlastn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu, sa stane\u0161 niek\u00fdm, ktoho \u00faspech z\u00e1vis\u00ed od v\u00fdkonu in\u00fdch. A t\u00e1to vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 premena je prekvapivo zriedka diskutovan\u00e1.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako nov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r c\u00edtite siln\u00fa potrebu dok\u00e1za\u0165 svoju hodnotu \u2013 tak svojmu t\u00edmu, ako aj vy\u0161\u0161iemu vedeniu. Chcete dosahova\u0165 v\u00fdsledky, by\u0165 u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fd a nesklama\u0165. Paradoxne v\u0161ak pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1to snaha v\u00e1s m\u00f4\u017ee nen\u00e1padne vtiahnu\u0165 do \u00falohy, ktor\u00fa nikto nechce, ale v ktorej sa nakoniec ocit\u00e1 mnoho \u013eud\u00ed: \u00falohy <strong>mikromana\u017e\u00e9ra<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mikromanager<\/strong> je mana\u017e\u00e9r, ktor\u00fd nadmerne kontroluje detaily pr\u00e1ce svojich podriaden\u00fdch. Nie preto, \u017ee je to potrebn\u00e9, ale preto, \u017ee m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee bez jeho z\u00e1sahu by veci nefungovali spr\u00e1vne. Vznik\u00e1 z ve\u013emi \u013eudskej t\u00fa\u017eby <strong>nesklama\u0165 <\/strong>seba sam\u00e9ho, svoj t\u00edm alebo svoje vedenie. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie m\u00e1 tri zdroje, ktor\u00e9 sa navz\u00e1jom posil\u0148uj\u00fa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-1-psychologick%C3%BD-tlak-novej-%C3%BAlohy\">1. Kontrola pracuje s t\u00fdm, \u010do m\u00e1te moment\u00e1lne k dispoz\u00edcii \u2013 s detailmi. Poskytuje kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fa istotu. Z dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska v\u0161ak vytv\u00e1ra z\u00e1vislos\u0165.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-2-prechod-od-odborn%C3%ADka-k-l%C3%ADdrovi\">2. Prechod od odborn\u00edka k l\u00eddrovi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u0161te v\u010dera si bol najlep\u0161\u00edm odborn\u00edkom v miestnosti. Va\u0161a hodnota bola merate\u013en\u00e1 pod\u013ea <strong>toho, \u010do ste osobne dosiahli<\/strong>. A pr\u00e1ve tu vznik\u00e1 mikromanagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-3-z%C3%A1mena-zodpovednosti-za-kontrolu\">3. Z\u00e1mena zodpovednosti za kontrolu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikromana\u017e\u00e9ri maj\u00fa siln\u00fd zmysel pre zodpovednos\u0165. A je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 poveda\u0165 to nahlas \u2013 <strong>zodpovednos\u0165 sama o sebe nie je probl\u00e9mom<\/strong>. Ide o stanovenie: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jasn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pochopite\u013en\u00fd r\u00e1mec,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a priestor, v ktorom \u013eudia m\u00f4\u017eu prevzia\u0165 rozhodovanie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Strat\u00e9gia nefunguje prostredn\u00edctvom mikrokontroly.<br>Funguje prostredn\u00edctvom <strong>syst\u00e9mu, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee fungova\u0165 bez va\u0161ej neust\u00e1lej pr\u00edtomnosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f sa tieto tri faktory spoja \u2013 tlak, ego odborn\u00edka a nejasnos\u0165 zodpovednosti \u2013 v praxi vznikaj\u00fa ide\u00e1lne podmienky pre mikromanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A teraz sa pozrieme na <strong>tri naj\u010dastej\u0161ie chyby<\/strong>, do ktor\u00fdch sa dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa mikromana\u017e\u00e9ri. \u010casto s dobr\u00fdmi \u00famyslami.
