T\u00e1to \u0161t\u00fadia ukazuje, \u017ee podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 kompetencie je mo\u017en\u00e9 rozv\u00edja\u0165 v \u0161kole aj za kr\u00e1tky \u010das, ak m\u00e1 v\u00fdu\u010dba jasn\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru, priestor na z\u00edskavanie sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 prostredie na pr\u00e1cu s chybami. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejde o pl\u00e1ny na papieri. Ide o schopnos\u0165 pozrie\u0165 sa na n\u00e1pad v kontexte, pochopi\u0165 jeho hodnotu pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, pracova\u0165 so sp\u00e4tnou v\u00e4zbou a robi\u0165 rozhodnutia aj v situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch neistoty. A pr\u00e1ve v tomto smere podnikavos\u0165 vo vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed \u010dasto zaost\u00e1va.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Skuto\u010dnos\u0165 v triede sa \u010dasto l\u00ed\u0161i od toho, ako by sme si to predstavovali:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u00ed ist\u00ed \u0161tudenti rozpr\u00e1vaj\u00fa st\u00e1le.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cas\u0165 triedy ml\u010d\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1pady zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa na papieri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A u\u010ditelia maj\u00fa pocit, \u017ee <strong>podnikavos\u0165 sa d\u00e1 \u201enau\u010di\u0165\u201c, ale strategick\u00e9 myslenie sa v praxi nerozv\u00edja.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Preto sme si pri v\u00fdvoji vzdel\u00e1vacej hry STRATE9Ygame polo\u017eili z\u00e1kladn\u00fa ot\u00e1zku: <em><strong>Ako zist\u00edme, \u017ee \u0161tudenti sa nez\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uj\u00fa len na aktivite, ale skuto\u010dne rozv\u00edjaj\u00fa strategick\u00e9 a podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 myslenie?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta\u010dilo n\u00e1m, \u017ee sa \u0161tudenti bavili. Nesta\u010dilo n\u00e1m, \u017ee boli akt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00ed. Chceli sme vedie\u0165, \u010do sa v nich skuto\u010dne menilo \u2013 v ich myslen\u00ed, spolupr\u00e1ci a odvahu kona\u0165.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A tak sme sa rozhodli \u00eds\u0165 cestou, ktor\u00e1 je typick\u00e1 pre strategick\u00e9 myslenie: <strong>overova\u0165 predpoklady pomocou \u00fadajov, nie dojmov.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od apr\u00edla do decembra 2025 sme monitorovali vplyv kr\u00e1tkej hernej intervencie STRATE9Ygame na rozvoj podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed medzi \u0161tudentmi stredn\u00fdch a vysok\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l v \u010ceskej republike a na Slovensku. Na hodnoten\u00ed sa z\u00fa\u010dastnilo celkovo <strong>252 respondentov \u2013 \u0161tudentov a u\u010dite\u013eov<\/strong> z r\u00f4znych typov \u0161k\u00f4l a vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch kontextov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou piliera <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/strategicke-myslenie-je-nevyhnutnostou\/\">strategick\u00e9 myslenie<\/a> na STRATE9Y.com. Tak sme to zmerali. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V triede je ticho. Alebo naopak, st\u00e1le rozpr\u00e1vaj\u00fa t\u00ed ist\u00ed \u0161tudenti. Niektor\u00ed \u0161tudenti maj\u00fa n\u00e1pady, ale nech\u00e1vaj\u00fa si ich pre seba. In\u00ed \u010dakaj\u00fa, a\u017e niekto in\u00fd d\u00e1 \u201espr\u00e1vnu odpove\u010f\u201c. A u\u010dite\u013e c\u00edti, \u017ee sa nie\u010do deje, ale \u0165a\u017eko poveda\u0165, \u010do z toho \u0161tudenti skuto\u010dne maj\u00fa.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zn\u00e1te ten pocit. Nie\u010do v triede nefunguje tak, ako by malo. A vy nem\u00e1te ni\u010d, na \u010do by ste sa mohli spo\u013eahn\u00fa\u0165.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve tu vznik\u00e1 nap\u00e4tie medzi t\u00fdm, \u010do c\u00edtite, a t\u00fdm, \u010do potrebujete. <strong>t\u00fdm, \u010do c\u00edtite<\/strong> a <strong>t\u00fdm, \u010do potrebujete vedie\u0165 naisto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesta\u010d\u00ed ma\u0165 dojem, \u017ee \u0161tudenti s\u00fa akt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00ed. Nesta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee hodina je \u201e\u017eiv\u0161ia\u201c. Ak m\u00e1 v\u00fdu\u010dba ma\u0165 skuto\u010dn\u00fd vplyv, potrebujeme odpove\u010f na \u010fal\u0161iu ot\u00e1zku: <em><strong>Do\u0161lo k skuto\u010dn\u00e9mu posunu v myslen\u00ed, spolupr\u00e1ci a rozhodovan\u00ed \u0161tudentov?<\/strong><\/em>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok nie je o existencii \u010fal\u0161ej vzdel\u00e1vacej hry. Je o tom, <strong>\u010do naozaj funguje vo v\u00fdu\u010dbe<\/strong>, pokia\u013e ide o rozvoj podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch a strategick\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed. A o tom, pre\u010do sme sa rozhodli nezosta\u0165 len pri pocitoch, ale vybra\u0165 si cestu merania.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-preco-sa-podnikatelske-zrucnosti-casto-v-skole-nerozvijaju-do-hlbky\">Pre\u010do sa podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 zru\u010dnosti \u010dasto v \u0161kole nerozv\u00edjaj\u00fa do h\u013abky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Podnikanie sa teraz objavuje v \u0161kolsk\u00fdch strat\u00e9gi\u00e1ch, u\u010debn\u00fdch osnov\u00e1ch a projektoch. Jeho cie\u013eom je rozv\u00edja\u0165 kreativitu, iniciat\u00edvu, schopnos\u0165 spolupracova\u0165 a vyrovn\u00e1va\u0165 sa s neistotou. Na papieri to d\u00e1va dokonal\u00fd zmysel.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skuto\u010dnos\u0165 v triede v\u0161ak \u010dasto vyzer\u00e1 inak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u0160tudenti maj\u00fa n\u00e1pady, ale nedok\u00e1\u017eu sa rozhodn\u00fa\u0165, ktor\u00e9 z nich stoja za to \u010falej rozv\u00edja\u0165. Kreativita sa zamie\u0148a s chaosom. Diskusie zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa povrchn\u00e9. A chyby sa vn\u00edmaj\u00fa ako nie\u010do, \u010domu je potrebn\u00e9 sa vyhn\u00fa\u0165, a nie ako pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165 na u\u010denie sa.   <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledkom je situ\u00e1cia, ke\u010f sa o podnikavosti diskutuje, ale <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/potrebujete-talent-pre-strategiu\/\">strategick\u00e9 myslenie v praxi <\/a>nie je v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdu\u010dby systematicky rozv\u00edjan\u00e9. N\u00e1pady nevznikaj\u00fa v kontexte. Sp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba sa nepremieta do \u010fal\u0161\u00edch krokov. Vznikla v praxi \u2013 pri pr\u00e1ci so \u0161tudentmi, na workshopoch, na hodin\u00e1ch, kde bolo potrebn\u00e9 stimulova\u0165 myslenie, a nie len vyplni\u0165 \u010das. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Videli sme, \u017ee sa v triede nie\u010do men\u00ed. \u0160tudenti viac komunikovali. Spolupracovali. Prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eali o n\u00e1padoch inak ako zvy\u010dajne.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale tam sme sa zastavili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00fasenosti s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, ale <strong>nie s\u00fa d\u00f4kazom<\/strong>. A pocity, akoko\u013evek siln\u00e9, nesta\u010dia, ak chceme hovori\u0165 o skuto\u010dnom rozvoji podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch a strategick\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed. Preto sme sa rozhodli urobi\u0165 krok, ktor\u00fd nie je be\u017en\u00fd pre vzdel\u00e1vacie hry: <strong>overi\u0165 na\u0161e vlastn\u00e9 predpoklady pomocou d\u00e1t.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161\u00edm cie\u013eom nebolo potvrdi\u0165, \u017ee STRATE9Ygame \u201efunguje\u201c. Na\u0161\u00edm cie\u013eom bolo pochopi\u0165 <strong>ako<\/strong> funguje, <strong>v \u010dom m\u00e1 najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed<\/strong> pr\u00ednos a <strong>kde m\u00e1 svoje limity. <\/strong> In\u00fdmi slovami \u2013 spr\u00e1vali sme sa presne tak, ako u\u010d\u00edme \u0161tudentov myslie\u0165: strategicky, kriticky a s ochotou necha\u0165 na\u0161e n\u00e1zory korigova\u0165 realitou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To viedlo k vytvoreniu hodnotiacej \u0161t\u00fadie, ktor\u00e1 sledovala vplyv kr\u00e1tkej hernej intervencie v be\u017enom \u0161kolskom prostred\u00ed. Nie v ide\u00e1lnych podmienkach, ale tam, kde sa skuto\u010dne vyu\u010duje \u2013 v r\u00f4znych typoch tried, s r\u00f4znymi skupinami \u017eiakov a v r\u00f4znych f\u00e1zach \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho roka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento moment bol k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd. Od tej chv\u00edle u\u017e ne\u0161lo o dojmy, ale o ot\u00e1zku: \u010co sa pre \u0161tudentov po tejto sk\u00fasenosti skuto\u010dne zmen\u00ed? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-ako-sme-skumali-rozvoj-podnikatelskych-zrucnosti-vo-vyucbe\">Ako sme sk\u00famali rozvoj podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed vo v\u00fdu\u010dbe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cie\u013eom v\u00fdskumu nebolo dok\u00e1za\u0165 pr\u00ed\u010dinn\u00e9 s\u00favislosti ani porovn\u00e1va\u0165 jednotliv\u00e9 triedy medzi sebou. Na\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1merom bolo zisti\u0165, ak\u00fd vplyv m\u00e1 kr\u00e1tka intervencia v podobe hry na vn\u00edmanie vlastn\u00e9ho u\u010denia zo strany \u017eiakov a u\u010dite\u013eov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdskum sa uskuto\u010dnil v obdob\u00ed <strong>od apr\u00edla do decembra 2025<\/strong> a z\u00fa\u010dastnilo sa ho <strong>252 respondentov:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>228 \u0161tudentov<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>24 u\u010dite\u013eov<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Respondenti poch\u00e1dzali z \u010ceskej republiky a Slovenska a zastupovali r\u00f4zne typy \u0161k\u00f4l \u2013 gymn\u00e1zi\u00e1, stredn\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 \u0161koly, vy\u0161\u0161ie odborn\u00e9 \u0161koly a univerzity. STRATE9Ygame preto nebola testovan\u00e1 v jednom konkr\u00e9tnom prostred\u00ed, ale v r\u00f4znych vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch kontextoch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-co-studenti-zazili-pocas-intervencie\">\u010co \u0161tudenti za\u017eili po\u010das intervencie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00e1 verzia hry trvala 60\u201390 min\u00fat a bola realizovan\u00e1 v r\u00e1mci be\u017en\u00fdch hod\u00edn, projektov\u00fdch dn\u00ed alebo tematick\u00fdch blokov. Aktivitu viedol u\u010dite\u013e alebo facilit\u00e1tor a zameriavala sa na: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pr\u00e1ca s podnikate\u013esk\u00fdm n\u00e1padom,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>t\u00edmov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca a rozdelenie \u00faloh,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iter\u00e1cia rie\u0161en\u00ed na z\u00e1klade sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kr\u00e1tka \u0161trukt\u00farovan\u00e1 prezent\u00e1cia (elevator pitch).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee ne\u0161lo o simul\u00e1ciu \u201ena cvi\u010denie\u201c, ale o re\u00e1lnu sk\u00fasenos\u0165 s rozhodovan\u00edm pod \u010dasov\u00fdm tlakom, ktor\u00e1 \u0161tudentov n\u00fatila prem\u00fd\u0161\u013ea\u0165 kontextu\u00e1lne a h\u013eada\u0165 hodnotu vo svojich rie\u0161eniach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-ako-sme-zbierali-udaje\">Ako sme zbierali \u00fadaje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hne\u010f po ukon\u010den\u00ed hernej aktivity \u0161tudenti a u\u010ditelia vyplnili \u0161trukt\u00farovan\u00fd dotazn\u00edk, ktor\u00fd kombinoval:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bodov\u00e9 polo\u017eky (p\u00e4\u0165bodov\u00e1 Likertova \u0161k\u00e1la),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>otvoren\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky zameran\u00e9 na takzvan\u00e9 AHA momenty, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pos\u00fadenie subjekt\u00edvne vn\u00edman\u00fdch pr\u00ednosov intervencie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hodnoten\u00e9 oblasti vych\u00e1dzali z<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/entrecomp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> eur\u00f3pskeho r\u00e1mca podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed EntreCom<\/a><\/strong>p, ktor\u00fd \u0161trukt\u00faruje podnikanie do troch vz\u00e1jomne prepojen\u00fdch oblast\u00ed: n\u00e1pady a pr\u00edle\u017eitosti, zdroje a konanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6-preco-ma-tento-pristup-zmysel\">Pre\u010do m\u00e1 tento pr\u00edstup zmysel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zber \u00fadajov prebiehal v r\u00f4znych f\u00e1zach \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho roka a v r\u00f4znych typoch hod\u00edn. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby \u0161tudenti boli nielen akt\u00edvni, ale aby tie\u017e museli robi\u0165 rozhodnutia, prehodnocova\u0165 svoje rie\u0161enia a obhajova\u0165 ich hodnotu. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak by sme mali vybra\u0165 jednu oblas\u0165, v ktorej bol vplyv hry STRATE9Y najv\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed, bola by to <strong>t\u00edmov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca a akt\u00edvna \u00fa\u010das\u0165 \u0161tudentov.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nebolo to tak, \u017ee \u0161tudenti boli \u201eviac hlasn\u00ed\u201c. Bolo to tak, \u017ee <strong>v\u0161etci sa zapojili.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V kvantitat\u00edvnom hodnoten\u00ed dosiahla t\u00edmov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca priemern\u00e9 sk\u00f3re <strong>4,8 z 5<\/strong>, \u010do je najvy\u0161\u0161ie sk\u00f3re zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch sledovan\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed. E\u0161te v\u00fdre\u010dnej\u0161ie s\u00fa v\u0161ak vyjadrenia u\u010dite\u013eov: <strong>92 % z nich uviedlo, \u017ee aj \u017eiaci, ktor\u00ed sa be\u017ene nez\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uj\u00fa na vyu\u010dovan\u00ed, sa po\u010das hry akt\u00edvne zap\u00e1jali.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre mnoh\u00fdch u\u010dite\u013eov je to najslab\u0161\u00ed bod tradi\u010dn\u00e9ho vyu\u010dovania. Diskusie sa \u010dasto to\u010dia okolo nieko\u013ek\u00fdch hlasn\u00fdch \u0161tudentov, zatia\u013e \u010do ostatn\u00ed zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa v pozad\u00ed. STRATE9Ygame tento vzorec nar\u00fa\u0161a.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Hra \u0161trukt\u00fara s jasne definovan\u00fdmi rolami, obmedzen\u00fdm \u010dasom a konkr\u00e9tnym cie\u013eom vytv\u00e1ra prostredie v ktorom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u201eskry\u0165\u201c,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zapojenie nie je volite\u013en\u00e9, ale prirodzen\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spolupr\u00e1ca nie je deklarovan\u00e1, ale je nevyhnutn\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tudenti sa nesna\u017eia odpoveda\u0165 spr\u00e1vne. Sna\u017eia sa <strong>posun\u00fa\u0165 t\u00edm k rie\u0161eniu.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zmena je evidentn\u00e1 nielen v \u00farovni aktivity, ale aj v kvalite interakci\u00ed. V praxi v\u0161ak \u010dasto znamen\u00e1 len jedno: \u201epr\u00ed\u010f s nejak\u00fdm n\u00e1padom\u201c. V\u00fdsledkom je zvy\u010dajne mnoho n\u00e1vrhov, m\u00e1lo rozhodnut\u00ed a len minim\u00e1lna zmena v myslen\u00ed \u0161tudentov.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky \u0161t\u00fadie STRATE9Ygame vykres\u013euj\u00fa odli\u0161n\u00fd obraz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreativita dosiahla ve\u013emi vysok\u00e9 priemern\u00e9 hodnotenie <strong>4,7 z 5<\/strong>, ale d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 nie je samotn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je <strong>ako kreativita vznik\u00e1 a rozv\u00edja sa po\u010das hry.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>STRATE9Ygame nevyv\u00edja na \u0161tudentov tlak, aby boli za ka\u017ed\u00fa cenu origin\u00e1lni. Naopak, vedie ich k tomu, aby: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0161trukt\u00farovali svoje my\u0161lienky,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>konfrontovali ich s potrebami z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a boli ochotn\u00ed ich upravi\u0165 na z\u00e1klade sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreativita sa preto neposudzuje pod\u013ea toho, ako zauj\u00edmav\u00fd je n\u00e1pad, ale pod\u013ea <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/strategia-modreho-oceanu\/\">hodnoty, ktor\u00fa prin\u00e1\u0161a z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi<\/a>. \u0160tudenti sa u\u010dia robi\u0165 rozhodnutia v situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch, ke\u010f nemaj\u00fa v\u0161etky inform\u00e1cie a musia <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/ako-informacna-asymetria-meni-hru\/\">pracova\u0165 s neistotou<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu sa kreativita prirodzene sp\u00e1ja so strategick\u00fdm myslen\u00edm. My\u0161lienka prest\u00e1va by\u0165 samo\u00fa\u010deln\u00e1 a st\u00e1va sa <strong>hypot\u00e9zou<\/strong>, ktor\u00fa je potrebn\u00e9 overi\u0165, zdokonali\u0165 a zasadi\u0165 do kontextu. T\u00e1to zmena je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 \u2013 a vo form\u00e1lnom vzdel\u00e1van\u00ed \u010dasto ch\u00fdba.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky \u0161t\u00fadie nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee STRATE9Ygame nepodporuje spont\u00e1nny chaos n\u00e1padov, ale sk\u00f4r <strong>riaden\u00fa kreativitu<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 vedie \u0161tudentov k hlb\u0161iemu prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eaniu o v\u00fdzname svojich rie\u0161en\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1to kombin\u00e1cia kreativity a \u0161trukt\u00fary vytv\u00e1ra priestor pre skuto\u010dn\u00e9 u\u010denie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu sa za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa objavova\u0165 prv\u00e9 momenty AHA \u2013 momenty ke\u010f \u0161tudenti zistia, \u017ee podnikanie nie je o ma\u0165 n\u00e1pad, ale pochopi\u0165 <strong>pre\u010do by to malo fungova\u0165.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"9-aha-momenty-studentov-a-skutocny-rozvoj-podnikatelskych-kompetencii\">AHA momenty \u0161tudentov a skuto\u010dn\u00fd rozvoj podnikate\u013esk\u00fdch kompetenci\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvantitat\u00edvne \u00fadaje ukazuj\u00fa, <strong>\u010do<\/strong> sa zmenilo po\u010das hry STRATE9Ygame. Av\u0161ak momenty \u201eAHA\u201c \u0161tudentov ukazuj\u00fa, <strong>ako<\/strong> a <strong>pre\u010do<\/strong> k tejto zmene do\u0161lo. Tieto momenty s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pre <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/7-tipov-na-zlepsenie-strategickeho-myslenia\/\">rozvoj strategick\u00e9ho myslenia,<\/a> preto\u017ee ved\u00fa k zmene sp\u00f4sobu myslenia, nielen spr\u00e1vania.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hne\u010f po skon\u010den\u00ed hry boli \u0161tudenti po\u017eiadan\u00ed, aby op\u00edsali moment, ke\u010f \u201esi nie\u010do uvedomili\u201c. Cie\u013eom nebolo hodnoti\u0165 hru, ale zachyti\u0165 zmenu v myslen\u00ed \u2013 moment, ke\u010f sa zmenil ich poh\u013ead na my\u0161lienku, t\u00edm alebo ich vlastn\u00fa \u00falohu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky boli prekvapivo konzistentn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"10-%E2%80%9Eten-napad-nie-je-o-mne%E2%80%9C\">\u201eTen n\u00e1pad nie je o mne.\u201c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edm momentom prebudenia bolo <strong>uvedomenie si \u00falohy z\u00e1kazn\u00edka<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 spomenulo <strong>32 % respondentov<\/strong>. \u0160tudenti si po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t jasne uvedomili, \u017ee dobr\u00fd n\u00e1pad nie je ten, ktor\u00fd sa im p\u00e1\u010di, ale ten, ktor\u00fd <strong>rie\u0161i konkr\u00e9tny probl\u00e9m niekoho in\u00e9ho<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento prechod od egocentrick\u00e9ho myslenia k orient\u00e1cii na hodnoty je jedn\u00fdm z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch prvkov strategick\u00e9ho myslenia \u2013 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 jedn\u00fdm z naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161\u00edch prvkov, ktor\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 rozv\u00edja\u0165 vo v\u00fdu\u010dbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"11-%E2%80%9Eprvy-napad-nie-je-konecny-napad%E2%80%9C\">\u201ePrv\u00fd n\u00e1pad nie je kone\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1pad.\u201c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edch <strong>21 % \u0161tudentov<\/strong> uviedlo, \u017ee si po\u010das hry uvedomili potrebu iter\u00e1cie. Namiesto toho, aby br\u00e1nili svoje p\u00f4vodn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie, nau\u010dili sa kl\u00e1s\u0165 ot\u00e1zku: <em>\u010co by sme mohli vylep\u0161i\u0165?<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"12-%E2%80%9Ehodnota-nie-je-to-co-chcem-povedat-ale-to-co-druha-osoba-pochopi%E2%80%9C\">\u201eHodnota nie je to, \u010do chcem poveda\u0165, ale to, \u010do druh\u00e1 osoba pochop\u00ed.\u201c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre <strong>19 % respondentov<\/strong> bolo k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pochopenie <strong>hodnoty rie\u0161enia<\/strong> samotn\u00e9ho. \u0160tudenti za\u010dali rozli\u0161ova\u0165 medzi opisom my\u0161lienky a jej skuto\u010dn\u00fdm pr\u00ednosom. Uvedomili si, \u017ee ak nedok\u00e1\u017eu jasne vyjadri\u0165 hodnotu, nem\u00f4\u017eu o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165, \u017ee ju niekto in\u00fd ocen\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"13-%E2%80%9Espatna-vazba-nie-je-kritika\">\u201eSp\u00e4tn\u00e1 v\u00e4zba nie je kritika.&#8220;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>17 % \u0161tudentov<\/strong>identifikovalo zmenu postoja k sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zbe ako k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd moment AHA. Namiesto toho, aby ju vn\u00edmali ako osobn\u00fa hrozbu, za\u010dali ju vn\u00edma\u0165 ako n\u00e1stroj na zlep\u0161ovanie rie\u0161en\u00ed. T\u00e1to zmena je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 nielen pre podnikanie, ale aj pre kult\u00faru u\u010denia ako tak\u00fa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"14-%E2%80%9Emozem-hovorit-%E2%80%93-a-dava-to-zmysel%E2%80%9C\">\u201eM\u00f4\u017eem hovori\u0165 \u2013 a d\u00e1va to zmysel.\u201c<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre men\u0161iu, ale nemenej d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa skupinu \u0161tudentov <strong>(11 %) <\/strong>bol k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm faktorom odvaha prezentova\u0165. Hra povzbudzuje \u0161tudentov, aby prijali neistotu ako prirodzen\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 procesu. Ne\u010dakaj\u00fa na ide\u00e1lne rie\u0161enie, ale pracuj\u00fa s t\u00fdm, \u010do maj\u00fa, a postupne svoje rie\u0161enie vylep\u0161uj\u00fa.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presne tento typ zru\u010dnosti vy\u017eaduje strategick\u00e9 myslenie: schopnos\u0165 kona\u0165 aj bez \u00fapln\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a u\u010di\u0165 sa z priebe\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"18-praca-s-chybami-najslabsi-ale-zaroven-najdolezitejsi\">Pr\u00e1ca s chybami: najslab\u0161\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Relat\u00edvne najni\u017e\u0161ie hodnotenie v tejto oblasti bolo udelen\u00e9 <strong>pr\u00e1ci s chybami (4,4)<\/strong>. U\u010dite\u013e sa m\u00f4\u017ee s\u00fastredi\u0165 na to podstatn\u00e9: pozorovanie, kladenie ot\u00e1zok a usmer\u0148ovanie reflexie. A pr\u00e1ve tento zmysel pre cie\u013e udr\u017euje u\u010dite\u013eov v dlhodobom horizonte pln\u00fdch energie.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STRATE9Ygame neprin\u00e1\u0161a do triedy chaos ani dodato\u010dn\u00e9 povinnosti.
