Je to len ot\u00e1zka \u010dasu, kedy v\u00e1m to vezm\u00fa.   <strong class=\"\"><em>Napr\u00edklad spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Kodak, ktor\u00e1 kedysi dominovala na trhu s fotografick\u00fdmi filmami, stratila svoju konkuren\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdhodu, preto\u017ee podcenila prechod na digit\u00e1lnu technol\u00f3giu. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Apple si naopak udr\u017eala svoju v\u00fdhodu viac ako desa\u0165 rokov v\u010faka neust\u00e1lym inov\u00e1ci\u00e1m a silnej zna\u010dke.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong class=\"\"><em>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm pr\u00edkladom je spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Blockbuster, ktor\u00e1 ignorovala vznik streamovac\u00edch slu\u017eieb, ako je Netflix. K\u00fdm Netflix investoval do inov\u00e1ci\u00ed a zmenil sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm \u013eudia konzumuj\u00fa obsah, Blockbuster zostal vern\u00fd tradi\u010dn\u00e9mu modelu pren\u00e1jmu fyzick\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00ed, \u010do viedlo k jeho z\u00e1niku. Pr\u00edkladom je spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Apple, ktor\u00e1 si od uvedenia iPhonu na trh v roku 2007 udr\u017euje svoju v\u00fdhodu pred spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou Samsung v odvetv\u00ed smartf\u00f3nov u\u017e viac ako desa\u0165 rokov. Udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e1 konkuren\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda znamen\u00e1, \u017ee spolo\u010dnos\u0165 si m\u00f4\u017ee udr\u017ea\u0165 svoju prevahu v dlhodobom horizonte v\u010faka inov\u00e1ci\u00e1m, zna\u010dke, kvalite slu\u017eieb alebo in\u00fdm k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm faktorom. Na druhej strane to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee sa m\u00f4\u017ee \u201espolieha\u0165 na svoje vavr\u00edny\u201c \u2013 svoju v\u00fdhodu by toti\u017e stratila v okamihu.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong class=\"\">Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Tesla si napr\u00edklad udr\u017eiava svoju konkuren\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdhodu prostredn\u00edctvom zamerania sa na inov\u00e1cie v oblasti elektrick\u00fdch vozidiel a bat\u00e9riov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed.
