Stanfordsk\u00fd v\u00fdskumn\u00fd in\u0161tit\u00fat (SRI) spustil v\u00fdskumn\u00fd projekt pod veden\u00edm <strong>Alberta Humphreyho<\/strong> s cie\u013eom zisti\u0165, pre\u010do mnoh\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti nedosahuj\u00fa svoje strategick\u00e9 ciele a ak\u00e9 faktory by mohli zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 ich \u0161ance na \u00faspech. Po\u010das tohto v\u00fdskumu bolo <strong>analyzovan\u00fdch 500 ve\u013ek\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed s<\/strong>cie\u013eom identifikova\u0165 k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 faktory \u00faspechu a ne\u00faspechu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00f4vodn\u00fd model, ktor\u00fd vznikol na z\u00e1klade tohto v\u00fdskumu, sa naz\u00fdval <strong>SOFT anal\u00fdza<\/strong> (Satisfactory, Opportunity, Fault, Threat \u2013 uspokojiv\u00e9, pr\u00edle\u017eitos\u0165, chyba, hrozba), ale \u010doskoro sa uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee pojem \u201echyba\u201c presne neodzrkad\u013euje vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 slab\u00e9 str\u00e1nky organiz\u00e1cie. Naopak, jej forma sa vyv\u00edjala spolu so zmenami vo svete podnikania, mana\u017ementu a samotn\u00e9ho ch\u00e1pania strat\u00e9gie. Skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee sa pou\u017e\u00edva dodnes, nie je n\u00e1hoda, ale d\u00f4kaz jej zrozumite\u013enosti a prisp\u00f4sobivosti.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pochopenie p\u00f4vodu SWOT anal\u00fdzy dod\u00e1va hlb\u0161\u00ed zmysel tomu, ako a pre\u010do sa dnes pou\u017e\u00edva.
