Tieto faktory tvoria z\u00e1klad pre \u010fal\u0161iu strategick\u00fa anal\u00fdzu a rozhodovanie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SWOT anal\u00fdza<\/strong> je z\u00e1kladn\u00fd analytick\u00fd r\u00e1mec strategick\u00e9ho riadenia, ktor\u00fd sa pou\u017e\u00edva na pochopenie vn\u00fatornej a vonkaj\u0161ej situ\u00e1cie organiz\u00e1cie.
