Va\u0161\u00edm cie\u013eom nie je len dosiahnu\u0165 spolo\u010dn\u00e9 ciele, ale aj vytvori\u0165 prostredie, v ktorom ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlen t\u00edmu m\u00f4\u017ee naplno rozvin\u00fa\u0165 svoj potenci\u00e1l.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co je to vedenie?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vedenie je schopnos\u0165 in\u0161pirova\u0165 a ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 ostatn\u00fdch, aby v\u00e1s chceli nasledova\u0165. Ide o ukazovanie smeru a vytv\u00e1ranie jasnej v\u00edzie, ktor\u00e1 v\u0161etk\u00fdch motivuje k dosiahnutiu spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho cie\u013ea. Mana\u017e\u00e9r pl\u00e1nuje, organizuje a kontroluje, zatia\u013e \u010do l\u00edder in\u0161piruje a vytv\u00e1ra priestor pre rast. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mana\u017e\u00e9r vs. l\u00edder<\/h2>\n\n<p>Mana\u017e\u00e9r je zodpovedn\u00fd za riadenie procesov a vykon\u00e1vanie \u00faloh.
