Ide o pr\u00edstup, pri ktorom spolo\u010dnosti dobrovo\u013ene za\u010dle\u0148uj\u00fa soci\u00e1lne a environment\u00e1lne aspekty do svojich obchodn\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed a vz\u0165ahov so zainteresovan\u00fdmi stranami. Cie\u013eom CSR je prispieva\u0165 k trvalo udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9mu rozvoju, rie\u0161i\u0165 soci\u00e1lne ot\u00e1zky a by\u0165 zodpovedn\u00fd k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu, pri\u010dom si spolo\u010dnos\u0165 zachov\u00e1va svoju ekonomick\u00fa v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 a konkurencieschopnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n<p>Historick\u00fd kontext CSR siaha do obdobia priemyselnej revol\u00facie, ke\u010f sa za\u010dali objavova\u0165 prv\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky na soci\u00e1lne zodpovedn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie podnikov. V 20. storo\u010d\u00ed, najm\u00e4 po druhej svetovej vojne, sa za\u010dali objavova\u0165 prv\u00e9 teoretick\u00e9 koncepcie soci\u00e1lnej zodpovednosti podnikov. V 60. a 70. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia, v \u010dase rast\u00faceho povedomia verejnosti o environment\u00e1lnych a soci\u00e1lnych ot\u00e1zkach, sa CSR stala k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovou t\u00e9mou v podnikan\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Teoretick\u00e9 z\u00e1klady CSR vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z etiky, udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho rozvoja, <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/strategicke-riadenie\/\">strategick\u00e9ho riadenia<\/a> a te\u00f3rie zainteresovan\u00fdch str\u00e1n. Koncepcia zainteresovan\u00fdch str\u00e1n, ktor\u00fa vypracoval R. Edward Freeman, je z\u00e1kladom CSR a zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje v\u00fdznam vz\u00e1jomn\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov medzi spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou a r\u00f4znymi skupinami, ktor\u00e9 ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa jej \u010dinnos\u0165 (z\u00e1kazn\u00edci, zamestnanci, investori, komunity at\u010f.).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tri piliere udr\u017eate\u013enosti 3P<\/h2>\n\n<p>3P v CSR predstavuj\u00fa tri piliere udr\u017eate\u013enosti: plan\u00e9ta, \u013eudia a zisk. Tento model zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje, \u017ee spolo\u010dnosti by mali do svojho obchodn\u00e9ho modelu popri ekonomickom zisku za\u010dleni\u0165 aj ochranu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a soci\u00e1lnu spravodlivos\u0165. Cie\u013eom je dosiahnu\u0165 rovnov\u00e1hu medzi hospod\u00e1rskym rastom, ochranou \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a soci\u00e1lnymi aspektmi, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila dlhodob\u00e1 udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165 a pozit\u00edvny vplyv na spolo\u010dnos\u0165.<\/p>\n\n<p>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa CSR st\u00e1va neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou obchodnej strat\u00e9gie mnoh\u00fdch spolo\u010dnost\u00ed. Pr\u00ednosy CSR sa prejavuj\u00fa nielen v zlep\u0161en\u00ed imid\u017eu spolo\u010dnosti a vz\u0165ahov so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkmi, ale aj v priamych pr\u00ednosoch pre obchodn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, napr\u00edklad prostredn\u00edctvom inov\u00e1ci\u00ed, zn\u00ed\u017eenia n\u00e1kladov alebo pril\u00e1kania a udr\u017eania talentov.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strat\u00e9gie CSR<\/h2>\n\n<p>Strat\u00e9gia CSR sa zameriava na integr\u00e1ciu soci\u00e1lnych, environment\u00e1lnych a etick\u00fdch noriem do \u010dinnosti spolo\u010dnosti a vz\u0165ahov s k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdmi zainteresovan\u00fdmi stranami. Od <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/strategia\/\">korpor\u00e1tnych strat\u00e9gi\u00ed<\/a> sa l\u00ed\u0161ia t\u00fdm, \u017ee klad\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed d\u00f4raz na soci\u00e1lnu hodnotu a udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd rozvoj ako na \u010disto ekonomick\u00e9 ciele.
