Je to kompas, ktor\u00fd v\u00e1m pom\u00e1ha rozpozna\u0165, \u010do m\u00e1 zmysel robi\u0165 \u2013 a \u010do je len \u0161um. Ak h\u013ead\u00e1te defin\u00edciu, n\u00e1jdete ju v\u0161ade. Je to stru\u010dn\u00e9 vyhl\u00e1senie, ktor\u00e9 opisuje dlhodob\u00e9 ciele a smerovanie, kam organiz\u00e1cia smeruje. V\u00edzia by mala by\u0165 in\u0161piruj\u00faca a motivuj\u00faca pre v\u0161etky zainteresovan\u00e9 strany &#8211; zamestnancov, z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov, investorov a partnerov.<\/p>\n\n<p>Historick\u00fd kontext \u00fazko s\u00favis\u00ed s v\u00fdvojom te\u00f3ri\u00ed mana\u017ementu a <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/vedenie\/\">vedenia<\/a> v priebehu 20. storo\u010dia. V\u00fdznam v\u00edzie ako k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9ho prvku vedenia a strategick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1novania zd\u00f4raznili vo svojich pr\u00e1cach vplyvn\u00ed myslitelia a odborn\u00edci, ako napr\u00edklad Peter Drucker a John Kotter. V\u00edzia bola uznan\u00e1 ako z\u00e1kladn\u00fd prvok, ktor\u00fd poskytuje organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m smer a zmysel v dynamickom a konkuren\u010dnom prostred\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Teoretick\u00e9 z\u00e1klady v\u00edzie le\u017eia v oblastiach ako organiza\u010dn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vanie, psychol\u00f3gia vedenia a <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/strategicke-riadenie\/\">strategick\u00fd mana\u017ement<\/a>.
