V\u00fdznamn\u00ed teoretici, ako napr\u00edklad Alfred Chandler, zd\u00f4raz\u0148ovali v\u00fdznam \u0161trukt\u00fary a rozsahu oper\u00e1ci\u00ed vo vz\u0165ahu k strat\u00e9gii. K rozvoju tejto oblasti v\u00fdznamne prispel aj Peter Drucker a jeho koncepcie riadenia cie\u013eov a inov\u00e1ci\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Teoretick\u00e9 z\u00e1klady podnikovej strat\u00e9gie le\u017eia v oblastiach strategick\u00e9ho riadenia, ekonomiky a podnikovej organiz\u00e1cie.
