Zameriava sa na formulovanie v\u00edzie, stanovovanie prior\u00edt a vytv\u00e1ranie podmienok, aby strat\u00e9gia nebola len dokumentom, ale \u017eivou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou rozhodovacieho procesu. <\/p>\n\n<p>Strategick\u00fd l\u00edder sp\u00e1ja strategick\u00e9 myslenie s pr\u00e1cou s \u013eu\u010fmi a zabezpe\u010duje, aby rozhodnutia mali zmysel nielen dnes, ale aj v dlhodobej\u0161om horizonte.<\/p>\n\n<p>Strategick\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/vizia\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/glossary\/vize\/\">vedenie<\/a> nie je len o pl\u00e1novan\u00ed a riaden\u00ed, ale aj o skuto\u010dnom nad\u0161en\u00ed pre bud\u00facnos\u0165 organiz\u00e1cie. Je to forma vedenia, ktor\u00e1 d\u00e1va zmysel ka\u017edodenn\u00fdm \u010dinnostiam t\u00fdm, \u017ee v\u0161etk\u00fdch vedie k spolo\u010dn\u00e9mu cie\u013eu &#8211; k dosiahnutiu dlhodobej <g id=\"gid_1\">v\u00edzie<\/g>, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee zmeni\u0165 bud\u00facnos\u0165 spolo\u010dnosti aj \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed v nej pracuj\u00fa. Nemyslia len na to, \u010do je potrebn\u00e9 urobi\u0165 dnes, ale aj na to, ako sa ich dne\u0161n\u00e9 kroky prejavia v nasleduj\u00facich mesiacoch alebo rokoch. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee myslia na rast a udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165 &#8211; nielen na to, ako vykona\u0165 pr\u00e1cu, ale aj na to, ako zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby spolo\u010dnos\u0165 mala zdroje a schopnosti na \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 fungovanie o p\u00e4\u0165 alebo desa\u0165 rokov.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Komplexn\u00e9 rozhodovanie<\/strong>: Jednou z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed strategick\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/sk\/glossary\/pest-analyza\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/strate9y.com\/glossary\/pest-analyza\/\">l\u00eddrov<\/a> je schopnos\u0165 rozhodova\u0165 v prostred\u00ed neistoty. To \u010dasto zah\u0155\u0148a <g id=\"gid_2\">anal\u00fdzu politick\u00fdch, hospod\u00e1rskych, technologick\u00fdch a soci\u00e1lnych trendov. <\/g>Na rozdiel od tradi\u010dn\u00e9ho vedenia, kde s\u00fa rozhodnutia \u010dasto r\u00fdchle a zameran\u00e9 na okam\u017eit\u00e9 potreby, strategick\u00e9 vedenie pracuje s viacer\u00fdmi premenn\u00fdmi a prij\u00edma rozhodnutia s oh\u013eadom na dlhodob\u00fd vplyv.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inov\u00e1cie a prisp\u00f4sobivos\u0165<\/strong>: V dne\u0161nom svete doch\u00e1dza k zmen\u00e1m ve\u013emi r\u00fdchlo &#8211; menia sa technol\u00f3gie, prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa nov\u00e9 trendy a star\u00e9 postupy r\u00fdchlo zastar\u00e1vaj\u00fa. Strategick\u00ed l\u00eddri musia ma\u0165 odvahu inovova\u0165, sk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 nov\u00e9 veci a neust\u00e1le sa u\u010di\u0165.
